She received her training at the Professional Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center) in Campbell, California. Chef Mia is aServeSafe certified and is a bona fide member of the American Culinary Federation. Our service is not just limited to an all-you-can-eat restaurant operations. It also includes an extensive buffet service on certain days of the week.
