1. CAPACITY TO TRAIN.

We have Training Facilities, Conducts free training for 15 days (including orientation and basic skills training) from one of the best hotelier in metro and After the in-house training, applicants are endorsed to our accredited hotel/catering for OJT.

2. TRAINING FEES/ENROLLMENT FEE/ ALLOWANCES /TRANSPORTATION / UNIFORMS.

- No required fees from the candidate
- We don't give allowances but we provide free meals
- We don't cover transportation
- We give uniforms to all trainees but should be returned once deployed to a company.

3. TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT

Contractual for a period of 6 mos. but will be regularized under Aalliance Resources Inc. after 6 mos.

4. PEME. BACKGROUND CHECk, MEDICAL INSURANCE.
- Applicant will cover (Pre-employment expenses - medical)
- Aalliance Resources Inc. only covers reference checks

5 TIME KEEPING SYSTEM/PAYROLL SYSTEM, SALARY (Cash/ATM), PROOF OF PAYMENT.

- Time keeping- Timecards/Timesheets
- Salary is released thru CASH BASIS every 15th and 30th of the month
- Proof of payment is provided of copy receipts

6. OT PROCESS PAYMENT & GOV'T MANDATED HOLIDAYS

Aalliance Resources management Inc. covers Gov't mandated holidays and process OT as audited by the assigned Coordinator and as approved by the Client.

7. ANY DOLE CASES

We have no labor cases.

8. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (Process of handling Incidental Reports).

Employees will be given warning from Aalliance Resources Management Inc. Or will be suspended or terminated once proven liable to a case.

9. REPLACEMENT/RELIEVER AVAILABILITY.

We have a pool of 50 on-call candidates available for deployment (Buffers)
